UP Monsoon Alert – Heavy rain warning for next 12 hours in 17 districts

The next 12 hours will be challenging. According to the Indian Meteorological Department, a rain warning has been issued for several districts in Uttar Pradesh. Thunderstorms and gusty winds are also expected.

Heavy Rain Expected in These Districts

According to the Indian Meteorological Department, heavy rain is expected in Ghaziabad, Meerut, Muzaffarnagar, Shamli, Bijnor, and Amroha. Thunderstorms are also expected here. In addition, heavy rain is expected in Hapur, Rampur, Sambhal, Baghpat, and Agra.

A warning has been issued for heavy rain in Mathura, Aligarh, Etawah, and Badaun. Furthermore, thunderstorms can also be a problem for people. All these areas received good monsoon rains this year. If strong winds accompany the rain, farmers’ crops are likely to be damaged. The paddy crop is ripe and ready to be harvested, which could be damaged if it falls.

Sunshine to prevail in these areas

According to the Indian Meteorological Department, several districts in Uttar Pradesh are expected to experience intense sunshine. The IMD has predicted sunny spells in Chandauli, Sonbhadra, Mirzapur, and Ghazipur. Sunshine is also expected in Jaunpur, Bhadohi, Prayagraj, Azamgarh, and Mau.

Clear skies are expected in Ballia, with temperatures expected to rise. The weather is expected to return to normal in the evening. Varanasi in Purvanchal is expected to see a minimum temperature of 26 degrees Celsius and a maximum of 32 degrees Celsius.

Western Disturbance to Cause Instability

According to Manoj Kumar Srivastava, a meteorologist at Varanasi Hindu University, a new western disturbance could affect North India today, October 6th. Slight changes are also expected.
