The device is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 1200 chipset with a 3GHz octa-core processor, along with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. It lacks expandable memory support.

Vivo X70 Pro features a 50MP quad-camera system with OIS, and it can record 4K UHD video. The front camera is 32MP, ensuring sharp selfies. It comes with an in-display fingerprint scanner, has 5G network support, and features Bluetooth v5.2 and WiFi. Vivo X70 Pro has a 4450mAh, slightly less than its rival, but it has 44W FlashCharge. It does not have a 3.5mm headphone jack and is not waterproof. 

iQOO Neo 7

iQOO Neo 7 features a bigger 6.78-inch AMOLED screen with a 1080×2400 pixel resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It supports HDR10+, with a maximum brightness of 1300 nits. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8200 chipset, with a 3.1GHz octa-core processor. It has 8GB RAM, along with 8GB virtual RAM, and 128GB of inbuilt storage. It does not support a memory card.

iQOO Neo 7 features a 64MP primary camera sensor with OIS and two other 2MP sensors. The front side has a 16MP sensor that can capture 4K videos at 30fps. The device comes with an in-display fingerprint sensor and IR Blaster support along with 5G connectivity, Bluetooth v5.3, and USB-C v2.0.

One of the key features of the iQOO Neo 7 is its 5000mAh battery, which is bigger than that of the Vivo X70 Pro 5G. It also has 120W FlashCharge support, making it charge faster. It, however, does not have a 3.5mm headphone jack and is not water-resistant like its rival.
