How is Pav Bhaji made?

Step 1 – First, gather all the vegetables, wash them thoroughly, and then cut them. Then, add all the vegetables and peas to the pressure cooker. Add butter and water, along with salt and red chilli powder, and cook.

Step 2 – Now put oil in a pan, then add ginger-garlic, onion, capsicum, and tomatoes with Kashmiri red chilli, pav bhaji masala, cumin powder, and turmeric, then add the prepared vegetables in it and cook it for a few minutes.

Step 3- Then add coriander leaves and butter on top of it and mix.

Step 4 – Now put butter on the pan, then add chopped coriander leaves and some vegetables, then cut the pav in the middle and cook it on both sides.
