So today, we’ve brought you a dish that’s both healthy and tasty. This is the Methi , which isn’t too difficult to make. It’s made with fenugreek leaves and can be enjoyed with sauce or chutney.

What ingredients will be required for the Recipe?

Fenugreek leaves – 1 cup

Green chilli – 1

Onion – 1

Boiled potatoes – 2-3

Ginger (grated) – 1 teaspoon

Garlic (finely chopped) – 1 teaspoon

Cumin seeds – 1/2 teaspoon

Carrot – 1, grated

Boiled peas – 1/2 cup

Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon

Red chilli powder – 1/2 teaspoon

Turmeric powder – 1/2 teaspoon

Garam masala – 1/2 teaspoon

Chaat masala – 1/2 teaspoon

Maida – 2 tablespoons

Oil – as needed

Breadcrumbs – 1 cup

How is Methi Cutlet made?

Step 1- First, boil the potatoes and peel them. Then, grate them and place them in a pot. Add cumin seeds and chopped green chillies. Add chopped fenugreek leaves, grated carrots, and boiled peas.

Step 2 – Then, add red chilli powder, turmeric, salt, chaat masala, garam masala, and coriander powder. Then, add the chopped coriander leaves and mix well.

Step 3- Now heat oil in a pan, then mix flour and water in a bowl to make a batter. Then, transfer the breadcrumbs to a plate.

Step 4- Now take a small portion of this mixture and flatten it into a round shape. Dip it in the flour mixture and coat it in breadcrumbs. Then, add oil to a pan and fry it until the cutlets are crispy and golden brown.
