What ingredients are needed for Leftover Rice Thepla?
Leftover cooked rice – 1 cup
Gram flour (besan) – 2 tablespoons
Whole wheat flour – 1 cup
Yoghurt – 2 tablespoons
Ginger paste – 1 teaspoon
Green chillies – 2, finely chopped
Red chilli powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder – 1/2 teaspoon

Turmeric powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Cumin seeds – 1/2 teaspoon
Fresh coriander leaves – 2 tablespoons
Salt – to taste
Oil – for frying
How to make leftover rice thepla?
1- First, you need to put the leftover rice in a large bowl and then lightly mash it so that the grains don’t stick together.
2- Then add wheat flour, yoghurt, gram flour, ginger paste, green chillies, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric, salt, cumin seeds, and fresh coriander leaves.
3- Then gradually add water and knead into a soft dough.
4- After that, cover the dough and let it rest for about 10 minutes.

5- Then, make small balls of dough and roll them out, just like you would roll out a paratha.
6- After that, heat the pan and grease it with a little oil, then cook the thepla on it.
7- Then, continue to cook it on both sides until it turns golden brown and becomes slightly crispy.
