Ingredients required to make samosa:

2 cups flour

2 tbsp oil

1/2 tsp salt

Water (for kneading dough)

250 grams chicken (boiled and chopped)

1 onion (finely chopped)

1 tsp ginger-garlic paste

1 green chilli (finely chopped)

1/2 tsp garam masala

1/2 tsp red chilli powder

1/2 tsp coriander powder

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

Salt to taste

Green coriander (finely chopped)

1 tbsp oil

Method of making samosa:

Add salt and oil to the flour and mix well.

Knead stiff dough with water and keep it covered for 20 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan, add onion and fry till light golden.

Now add ginger-garlic paste and green chillies, boil chicken, and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add all the spices and salt to it, mix well and cook for 5 minutes on low flame.

Finally, add green coriander, turn off the gas, and let the mixture cool.

Make small dough balls, roll them and cut them into samosa shape.

Place the prepared filling in the centre and give the shape of a samosa by sticking the edges with water.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the samosas till they turn golden.
