UPSSSC PET 2025 exam started in 48 districts of UP

Rajasthan Police Recruitment

The Preliminary Eligibility Test (PET) 2025, conducted by Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission, has started from September 6. This exam is being conducted in two shifts in 48 districts of the entire state. The time of the morning shift has been fixed from 10 am to 12 noon, and the time of the afternoon shift has been fixed from 3 pm to 5 pm. 22 examination centers have been set up in Kanpur district, where about 40 thousand candidates participated. There is a lot of discussion on social media about the exam, and UPSSSC PET 2025 is trending.

Constable Recruitment in Rajasthan Police

Rajasthan Police has released recruitment for the posts of Constable under Sports Quota. Interested candidates can apply online for this. The application process has started from 4th September. Out of a total of 167 posts, 154 posts are reserved for General Constable and 13 posts for the Police Telecommunication Department. Applications can be registered on the official website of the Police Department.

Sports Quota Recruitment in Eastern Railway

Eastern Railway has also released the notification for Sports Quota Recruitment 2025. A total of 50 posts will be filled under this recruitment, out of which 17 posts are reserved for Group C and 33 posts for Group D. The application process will start from 10 September 2025. Candidates can apply online by visiting the website of the Railway Recruitment Cell.

Thailand gets a new Prime Minister

The Parliament of Thailand has elected business tycoon Anutin Charnvirakul as the new Prime Minister. He has become the third Prime Minister of the country in the last two years. Earlier, Prime Minister Pitongtarn Shinawatra was removed from the post due to a border dispute with Cambodia. Anutin has previously been a minister in the Shinawatra government and has also served as Health Minister.

Foreign Minister to participate in BRICS conference

Foreign Minister S. Jaishankar will attend the BRICS summit held in Brazil on September 8. Brazilian President Lula da Silva has called this virtual meeting to discuss the tariffs imposed by US President Donald Trump. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will not attend this meeting on behalf of India. Currently, Brazil is the chair country of BRICS, and it includes 10 countries, including India.
