The department forecasts that hot weather and intense heatwaves may affect Odisha between June 4 and June 7, and Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, and Tripura on June 4.
According to the Meteorological Department, there is a strong likelihood that the Southwest Monsoon will arrive in Kerala within the next 12 hours.
