Schools will be closed on December 9th and 11th in Kerala.
The Kerala government has declared December 9th, 2025, and December 11th, 2025, as public holidays due to the 2025 local body elections. This order applies to all public offices and educational institutions across the state. Commercial companies have also been directed to provide paid leave to their employees on these dates.

Delhi Schools Winter Vacation Date

Due to air pollution, schools in Delhi-NCR operated in a hybrid model for a period. Schools have since reopened, but Delhi’s air quality remains “very poor.” Students and parents are eagerly awaiting the winter vacation. Delhi will observe a Christmas Day holiday on December 25, 2025. The winter holidays will begin on January 1, 2025, and will continue until January 15, 2026.

UP School Winter Vacation:
According to the academic calendar, winter holidays in UP schools will run from December 20 to December 31, 2025. Schools will be closed for the last 10 to 12 days of the school year.
