CTET Exam City 2026: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will conduct the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) on February 8th. Candidates who have applied for the exam are eagerly awaiting the release of the city intimation slip. According to the previous pattern, CBSE may release the city slip 10 days before the exam date. Therefore, it is likely that the city slip will be released in the last week of January. After the city slip is released, the admit card will also be released soon. So, let’s find out how to download the city slip and admit card.
When will the Admit Card be released?
The exam city slip is only used to obtain details of the examination city. It cannot be used as an admit card. CBSE will make the admit card available for download 4 days before the exam date.

CTET Exam City 2026: How to Download the Exam City Slip Online
Applicants must first visit the official website ctet.nic.in
Click on the Admit Card/City Intimation Slip link under LATEST NEWS on the homepage.
Enter your application number, date of birth, and the given security pin.
Click on the submit button.
After this, your admit card/city slip will open on the screen.
Now download the admit card and take a printout for future use.
Exam Pattern
Paper 1 and Paper 2 will have 150 multiple-choice questions. The total marks for the paper are also 150. That is, 1 mark is allotted for each correct answer. Two and a half hours will be given to solve the question paper. The exam will be conducted in two shifts. Paper 2 will be conducted in the morning shift from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM, and Paper 1 will be conducted in the evening shift, from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM.
