What ingredients are needed to make Namak Mirch Paratha?
Wheat flour – 2 cups
Chilli powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Oil – 2 tablespoons
Chaat masala – 1/2 teaspoon

Salt – to taste
Carom seeds – 1 teaspoon
Green chillies (finely chopped) – 2
Dried fenugreek leaves – 1/2 teaspoon
How is Namak Mirch Paratha made?
1- First, you need to knead the wheat flour thoroughly. Then, sprinkle some dry flour on it and roll it out. The thinner the dough, the better.
2- Apply a little oil to it and add chaat masala, chilli powder, salt, carom seeds, and dried fenugreek leaves. Then mix all the ingredients together and spread them evenly.
3- Then, fold the dough in a zigzag pattern and roll it out into a circle. Press the folds firmly towards the centre, then sprinkle some dry flour on top and roll it out to a slightly thick disc.

4- Sprinkle some more chilli powder on top and roll it out. Then heat the griddle and place the paratha on it.
5- Cook the paratha on both sides until lightly golden brown, and apply a little oil.
6-Once the paratha becomes crispy, turn off the heat and serve it with yoghurt.
