How is Methi Paratha made?
Step 1- First of all, you have to take wheat flour in a big bowl.
Step 2 – Then, add chopped fenugreek, sesame seeds, celery, red chili, salt, and turmeric. Then, add one tablespoon of oil and mix well.
Step 3- Gradually add water to form a soft, smooth dough. Cover and let it rest for 10 minutes to allow the fenugreek flavour to infuse the dough.
Step 4 – Now you’ll need to form balls of the prepared dough. Then, roll each dough ball one by one and use the flour to roll them into round parathas. Then, heat a pan, place the paratha on the pan, and roll it until it’s lightly golden brown on both sides.

Step 5 – Now apply ghee or oil and fry it from both sides till it becomes crispy and golden brown.
Step 6 – Now serve hot parathas with pickle, curd or white butter.
