What ingredients are needed to make Methi Paratha?
Wheat flour – 2 cups
Green chilli – 1
Fenugreek leaves – 1 cup
Ginger paste – 1 teaspoon

Turmeric powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Salt – to taste
Red chilli powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Oil or ghee – for cooking the parathas
Cumin seeds – 1/2 teaspoon
How is Methi Paratha made?
1- First, you need to take flour in a bowl. Then add the fenugreek leaves and all the spices to it.
2- Then, gradually add water and knead to make a soft dough.

3- Now cover the dough and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
4- Make balls of dough and roll them out.
5- Then, put a little oil on the pan, apply it to the paratha and fry it on both sides until golden brown.
