What ingredients are needed to make Aloo-Gobhi Sabji?
Cauliflower – 1 medium
Large onion – 1
Potatoes – 2
Tomato – 1
Green chilli – 1
Turmeric powder – 1 teaspoon

Ginger-garlic paste
Red chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
Salt—to taste

Oil – 2 tablespoons
Fresh coriander—for garnish
How is Aloo-Gobhi Sabji made?
Step 1- First, cut the potatoes and cauliflower and wash them thoroughly. Then, heat some oil in a pan and fry the potatoes and cauliflower until they turn golden brown, which will make them taste delicious.
Step 2- After frying, remove them and place them on a tissue paper to drain the excess oil. Now, heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions, ginger, and garlic until golden brown.

Step 3- Now add the tomatoes and spices and sauté until the oil separates. Then add the roasted potatoes and cauliflower and mix gently. Finally, add salt and mix well.
Step 4- Now cover the pan and cook the vegetables on low heat for at least 10-15 minutes. Then add finely chopped coriander and serve this dish with paratha.
