What ingredients are needed to make tomato chips?
Tomatoes – 3-4 (medium-sized)
Black pepper powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Salt – to taste

Red chilli powder – 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
Oil – for frying
Chaat masala – 1/2 teaspoon
How to make tomato chips?
1- First, wash the tomatoes thoroughly and cut them into thin slices.
2- Then, place these slices on kitchen paper and press them gently to remove all the excess water.
3- Then, you need to put the tomato slices in a bowl and add salt, red chilli powder, and black pepper.

4- Next, heat the oil in a pan and keep the heat on low. Then add the tomato slices to the oil and fry them until they are golden brown and crispy.
5- Then take it out and place it on kitchen paper so that the excess oil drains away.
6- Then sprinkle chaat masala over it and serve it hot.
