How to make Rasgulla at home?
Step 1 – To make rasgulla, first, add one cup of sugar and one and a half cups of water to a pressure cooker. Then, cook the mixture over low heat until the sugar dissolves. Ensure the syrup is not too thick; it should be slightly sticky.
Step 2 – Then, pour one cup of milk and one tablespoon of ghee into a pan. Once the milk is warm, add one-quarter teaspoon of sugar and one cup of rice flour. Stir the mixture continuously over low heat until well combined. Then, turn off the heat and let the mixture cool.

Step 3- After the mixture has cooled slightly, transfer it to a plate. Mix it well, add a spoonful of ghee, and form a smooth dough. Now, form small rasgullas from this dough, making sure there are no cracks in the rasgullas.
Step 4- Now, reheat the syrup in the pressure cooker. Add the rasgullas, then close the lid and cook for 2-3 minutes. When the cooker whistles, turn it off immediately. After turning off the gas, let the rasgullas cool in the syrup for 10-15 minutes. Remove them once they have cooled. You can cook them without the lid, but this will take a little longer.
