New Delhi: Sharad Pawar, the veteran politician of Maharashtra and former Union Minister, has suddenly fallen ill and has been admitted to Ruby Hall Clinic in Pune for treatment. His advanced age and declining health have been a source of concern. He had been touring Mumbai, Pune, and Baramati, and party workers were constantly visiting him. During this time, his health deteriorated. He was admitted to the hospital due to a fever and a throat infection. His daughter, Supriya Sule, is with him. Party workers are also visiting him to inquire about his health.
Health Worsens Due to Cough
Since Monday morning, NCP founder Sharad Pawar had been complaining of a cough. Considering the severity of the cough, it was deemed appropriate to admit him to the hospital. Doctors at Ruby Hall Clinic in Pune said that a decision on whether Sharad Pawar will remain in the hospital or be allowed to go home will be made after further examination.
Sharad Pawar is currently 85 years old, having been born on December 12, 1940. Despite his age and health issues, he remains fully active in Maharashtra politics.
