Weather in Himachal Pradesh
The IMD reported significant rainfall in Himachal Pradesh during the monsoon season. After several days, intermittent rainfall is expected to resume in the state. The weather in Himachal Pradesh has now changed. The Meteorological Department has issued a warning of heavy rainfall in various parts of Himachal Pradesh from January 5th to 7th.

Heavy Rainfall Alert in Several States
The Indian Meteorological Department has issued a heavy rainfall alert for several states. Heavy rainfall warnings have been issued for Tamil Nadu and Karnataka from January 5th to 7th. Heavy rainfall is also expected in Uttarakhand on December 6th.
From January 5th to 7th, heavy rainfall with thunderstorms is expected in Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim, and West Bengal. Heavy rainfall is also possible in Jammu and Kashmir, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Puducherry, and Karaikal. People have been advised to stay away from coastal areas due to the possibility of thunderstorms and lightning.
