Understand the Exam Pattern
The UPSC Civil Services Examination is conducted in three stages:
Preliminary Examination: Objective type. It consists of two papers—General Studies (GS) and CSAT.
Mains: Subjective/Descriptive. It comprises 9 papers.
Interview/Personality Test: This is the final stage, conducted after clearing the Main Examination.
