Due to monsoon rains, there is a situation of landslides in the mountains, where traffic is being disrupted a lot. Due to late-night rains in many areas of Uttar Pradesh and Bihar, the temperature level dropped, where there was relief from the humid heat.
The water level of some rivers in UP has now decreased. But the water of many rivers is still flowing in the forests. Rains have also stopped the pace of life in Northeast and South India. The Indian Meteorological Department has issued an alert of heavy rains with thundering clouds in various parts of the country.
Heavy rain warning in these states
The Meteorological Department has issued a warning of heavy rain in Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim, Arunachal Pradesh and Assam till August 14. Heavy rain alert has been issued in Meghalaya and Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim, and Arunachal Pradesh on August 12. Heavy rain alert has been issued in Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand from August 12 to 17, and in Uttar Pradesh during August 12-15.
IMD has issued a heavy rain alert in Himachal Pradesh from August 12-14. Heavy rain is also possible in Uttarakhand during August 12 and 14-17, and in western Uttar Pradesh on August 12, 13 and 14. Heavy rain is expected at many places in Arunachal Pradesh and Meghalaya on August 12.

If we believe IMD, then a heavy rain alert has been issued in East Madhya Pradesh during 12-17 August, Vidarbha, Chhattisgarh during 12-17 August, and Andaman and Nicobar Islands on 12 August. IMD has predicted rain with lightning at many places in Jharkhand on 12 August. Aloe alert has been issued for Jharkhand. The Meteorological Department has predicted heavy rain in Telangana from 12 to 17 August, and in Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, and Karaikal from 12 to 13 August. A heavy rain alert has been issued in Kerala on 12 August.
