CTET Answer Key 2026 likely Announced Today at ctet.nic.in; Check Download Link

CTET Answer Key 2026 Update: Candidates who took the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) are eagerly awaiting their answer keys. The CBSE will soon release the provisional answer key and OMR sheets on the official website, ctet.nic.in. It is expected that the answer key download link will be activated in March. This exam, conducted in various cities across the country, determines eligibility for teachers from classes 1 to 8. When will the answer key be released?
The CBSE typically releases the answer key within 15 to 20 days of the exam’s completion. Now that the exam has been successfully completed, the board will upload the response sheets at any time. After the release of the answer key, candidates will also be given 2-3 days to raise objections to the answers.

Click on the link titled “Login: CTET Feb 2026 Answer Key” on the homepage.
Enter your registration ID and password.
The answer key will appear on the screen.
Download and save it for future reference.

The CBSE CTET exam was held in 140 cities across the country. According to media reports, the answer key will be released very soon. The objection window will also be opened immediately after the release of the answer key. The objection window will be open on the official website for 2-3 days. Candidates can raise objections to the answer key by paying a non-refundable processing fee of ₹1000/- per question.

Qualifying Marks and Certificate Validity
General category candidates must obtain at least 60% marks (90 marks) to pass the CTET exam. The passing marks for SC, ST, and OBC candidates are 55% (82 marks). Once passed, the CTET certificate is valid for life. This means you don’t need to retake the exam and can use this certificate to apply for teaching positions in Kendriya Vidyalayas, Navodaya Vidyalayas, and other government schools. The Board has advised candidates to be wary of fake websites and misinformation circulating on social media and to visit only the official website, ctet.nic.in.
