PM Kisan 22nd Installment Update: The Government of India runs several beneficial and welfare schemes for different sections of the country’s population, so that needy people can receive direct benefits. This includes people living in cities and villages, laborers, senior citizens, and farmers. One important scheme for farmers is the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, under which eligible farmers receive financial assistance.
Under this scheme, farmers receive a total of Rs 6,000 per year. This amount is transferred directly to the farmers’ bank accounts in three equal installments of Rs 2,000 each. So far, 21 installments of the scheme have been released, and farmers are awaiting the 22nd installment. Therefore, it is important to know whether you are eligible for this installment or not.

When can the 22nd installment be released?

Under the PM Kisan scheme, an installment is usually released every four months. The four months after the 21st installment will be completed in February. Therefore, it is believed that the 22nd installment may be released in February. However, there has been no official announcement from the government regarding the date.
Which farmers may not receive the 22nd installment?

The benefits of this scheme are only available to those farmers who meet its rules and conditions. If a person is not eligible for the scheme, they will not receive the benefit. If an ineligible person enrolls in the scheme based on false information or documents, their name may be removed from the list of beneficiaries during verification. If necessary, the amount received earlier may also be recovered from them.

In addition, e-KYC is mandatory for farmers associated with the PM Kisan scheme. Farmers who have not completed e-KYC on time may have their installments withheld. You can complete e-KYC through your nearest CSC center or the official website of the scheme.
Land verification is also a necessary condition. Farmers who have not completed e-KYC and verified their agricultural land will not receive the installment payment. Therefore, if you want the 22nd installment to be credited to your account without any delay, complete all these necessary procedures on time.
