How to change PAN card photo online?
First of all go to the official website of NSDL or UTIITSL and select the PAN Correction/Update option.
Indian citizens must fill out Form 49A. Here, the Photo Mismatch option must be selected.
After this, fill the PAN number, full name, date of birth and other important information correctly.
Upload your recent passport-sized photo in JPEG format. The photo must be clear and within the specified size.
For Identity Proof, scanned copy of Aadhaar Card, Voter ID or other valid documents will have to be uploaded.
After uploading the documents, now make the payment (Rs 91 + GST).
You can make the payment through UPI, Net Banking, Debit Card or Credit Card.
After the payment is completed, you will receive a 15-digit acknowledgment number. Download and keep it safe, as it will be needed to track your status later.
In some cases, signed Acknowledgment copy and documents may have to be sent by post.
With the help of Acknowledgment number, you can easily track the status of your application online.
