Funds will be credited to 1.25 crore sisters
Approximately 12.5 million women in Madhya Pradesh are reaping the benefits of the Ladli Behna Yojana. Tomorrow, Chief Minister Mohan Yadav will deposit ₹1,500 into the bank accounts of all these women. This amount has been increased from Rs 1,250 to Rs 1,500. The Madhya Pradesh government aims not only to provide financial support to women through this scheme but also to empower them to become fully self-reliant.
Which age group of women receives the funds?
Madhya Pradesh’s Ladli Behna Yojana is a very ambitious welfare program. Married women aged between 21 and 60 can take advantage of this scheme. The funds are intended to assist their families. However, if a woman’s family income exceeds 2.5 lakh rupees, she will not be eligible for this benefit. To qualify, her family’s annual income must be below 2.5 lakh rupees. The government transfers money to the bank accounts of these women every month.
How can you check the status of your installment?

- Next, you will see the ‘Application and Payment Status’ option on the homepage; click on it.
- A new page will appear. Here, enter your Ladli Behna application number or your Member Samagra ID.
- Then, input the code (captcha) shown on the screen and click ‘Send OTP.’
- An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number; please enter it.
- Once you submit, you will receive complete information on whether this installment has been credited to your account or not.
- How to get eKYC done?
- First of all visit the official website of Samagra Portal samagra.gov.in.
- After that click on the e-KYC option on the website.
- Now enter your overall ID and captcha here.
- After this the mobile number linked to
- the ID will appear on your screen.
- Now OTP will come on the mobile number and enter it and do the verification.
- After this, complete the E-KYC process with the help of Aadhar card.
