To avail the benefits of this scheme, farmers will need documents such as their Aadhaar card, PAN card, bank passbook, and land records. To apply online, visit upagripardarshi.gov.in/staticpages/FarmPondScheme-hi.aspx. Applications are completely free. Upon applying, an OTP will be sent to the linked mobile number, which will be accepted after verification. The grant amount will then be transferred directly to the account.
