The doctor saw the report
Dr Dinsha Pardiwala, head of the BCCI medical panel and head of the Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Centre of Sports Medicine, conducted a detailed review of the test report, which confirmed that Shubman Gill has an inter-spinous ligament injury, which affects the ligament located between the neck bones.
This is what doctors have said
Doctors have advised Gill to rest for 48 to 72 hours, take medication, and exercise caution in physical movement. Gill will rest under the close supervision of the medical team at the team hotel. He will be re-tested in approximately 48 hours, after which further updates will be issued regarding his fitness to play.
