What ingredients are needed to make Rice Paper Corn Chaat?
Rice paper sheets – 4-5
Small onion – 1 (finely chopped)
Boiled sweetcorn- 1 cup
Tomato – 1 (finely chopped)
Green chilli – 1 (finely chopped)
Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
Boiled chickpeas or kidney beans – 1/4 cup

Chaat masala – 1 teaspoon
Roasted cumin powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Green chutney – 1 tablespoon
Sweet tamarind chutney – 1 tablespoon
Salt – to taste
Olive oil – a drizzle
Coriander leaves – for garnish
How is Rice Paper Corn Chaat made?
1- First, take a large plate of water, then immerse one rice paper sheet in it for 10-15 seconds until it softens, then spread it out on the plate.
2- Now, in a bowl, combine the boiled sweetcorn, tomatoes, onions, chickpeas, green chillies, chaat masala, lemon juice, salt, cumin powder, and both chutneys, and mix well.

3- Place the filling in the centre of the rice paper, then fold in the sides and roll it up.
4- Now, heat a non-stick pan and lightly brush it with olive oil. Then, cook the rice paper rolls for 1 minute on each side, until they are golden brown and crispy.
5- Transfer it to a plate, then add lemon juice and coriander on top. You can also add mint chutney or yoghurt if you like.
