What ingredients are required to make the Lehsun Palak Saag recipe?
1/2 kg Palak
1/2 tbsp dried coriander
2 tbsp mustard oil
1/2 tbsp celery
Big cardamom
Black pepper
2 green chillies

5-6 garlic cloves
2 pinches of asafoetida
Some salt
2 tomatoes
2 onions
1/2 tbsp turmeric

Tadka –
2 tbsp ghee
2 dried red chillies
5-6 garlic cloves
1/2 tbsp red chilli
1 onion
How is Lehsun Palak Saag made?
Step 1 – First of all, take spinach and wash it thoroughly and then cut it into small pieces.

Step 2 – Then put oil in a pan and heat it slightly, then add celery, black pepper, big cardamom, garlic, green chillies, asafoetida, onion, tomato, dried coriander, turmeric and salt and cook while stirring a little, then add chopped spinach in it, then stir it up and down and let it wilt a little. Then add the gram flour water mixture in it, then cook it while dissolving it well, then add ghee, garlic, onion and red chillies and cook it.
Step 3 – Now serve spinach greens, handmade roti and onion, jaggery and green chilli on a plate.
