What ingredients are needed to make Cheesy Veg Lollipops?

Boiled Potatoes
Chopped green chillies
Chopped veggies (carrot, capsicum, cabbage, onion)
Chopped ginger & garlic
Chaat masala
Salt
Soy sauce

Green chilli sauce
Red chilli sauce
1/2 cup Rice flour
2/3 cup Breadcrumbs
Ice cream sticks
Oil
Cheese cube
For Coating
1/2 cup maida
Ginger-garlic paste
1/2 cup rice flour
Soy sauce
Red chilli sauce
Vinegar

Green chilli sauce
Kashmiri red chilli powder
Salt
Water
For Dip
Tomato ketchup
Schezwan sauce / mayo

How are Cheesy Veg Lollipops made?
Step 1- First of all, cut the cheese into equal pieces, then insert it on a stick and keep it on a plate.
Step 2 – Now boil the potatoes and make a mixture of them. Then grind chopped onions, chopped vegetables (carrot, capsicum, cabbage, onion), chopped green chillies, chopped ginger and garlic, chaat masala, salt, soy sauce, green chilli sauce, red chilli sauce, 1/2 cup rice flour, and 2/3 cup breadcrumbs into it, and then apply it to the cheese stick in the form of a roll, but before doing so, apply oil on your hands.

Step 3 – Then after giving it the shape of a lollipop, take flour in a bowl and add ginger-garlic paste, 1/2 cup rice flour, soy sauce, red chilli sauce, vinegar, green chilli sauce, Kashmiri red chilli powder, salt and water and mix it well.
Step 4 – Then dip the lollipops you made into it.
Step 5 – Then take oil in the pan, dip this lollipop in it and fry it on all sides.
Step 6 – Your Cheesy Veg Lollipops are now ready. You can serve them with tomato ketchup or Schezwan sauce/mayo.
