Dates – 6-7 large (seeded and chopped)

Peanuts – 1 cup (roasted and lightly crushed)

Ghee – 1 teaspoon (for making laddus)

Coconut – 2 tablespoons

How is Til Mungfali Laddu made?

Step 1- First of all, put sesame seeds and peanuts in a pan, fry them lightly and let them cool.

Step 2 – Then, you need to grind the dates into a paste in a blender, adding a little water or coconut milk as needed. Then, mix the cooled sesame seeds and peanuts into the date paste, along with the coconut and a little ghee.

Step 3 – Now apply some ghee on your hands and make small laddus from the mixture, and then press them lightly to give them a crispy shape.
