Rajiv Bajaj has confirmed that not only will there be major and minor updates to the Pulsar lineup, but a new sub-brand is also in the pipeline, specifically designed to offer a commuter-friendly yet premium experience.

This new brand will target customers seeking more practicality and modern features, rather than the aggressive styling of the Pulsar. This move is being taken to directly challenge the growing dominance of companies like TVS Raider and Honda.

Changes to the Classic and NS Range

The Pulsar series will comprise the largest segment of Bajaj’s list of eight new bikes. According to reports, classic models such as the Pulsar 125, Pulsar 160, and Pulsar 220 are set to receive major mechanical and cosmetic updates.

Additionally, Pulsar’s NS series, which includes the NS125, NS160, NS200, and NS400Z, is also slated for a complete refresh. Since these models haven’t seen any significant changes in recent years, the company is expected to launch them in 2026 with a new chassis, refined engines, and modern graphics. As Pulsar celebrates its 25th anniversary, these updates will come as a major surprise to customers.

Triumph 350cc Entry

The global partnership between Bajaj and Triumph is also set to take a major turn. Rajiv Bajaj has confirmed that Triumph 350cc-engined bikes are set to launch in April 2026 to take advantage of the tax benefits available on bikes with a capacity of less than 350cc under the GST 2.0 rules, which came into effect in September 2025.

This will be a downsized version of the existing 400cc lineup, significantly reducing the showroom price of these bikes. This will be a great opportunity for riders who have been looking to purchase a premium brand bike within their budget. The Triumph Speed ​​350 and Scrambler 350 are expected to be the first motorcycles in this series.

Adventure & Off-Road Segment
