What ingredients are required to make Moong Dal Adrak Chilla?

Moong dal (soaked for 4-5 hours) – 1 cup

Green chillies – 1-2

Ginger – 1-5 inch piece (grated)

Onion – 1, finely chopped

Turmeric – 1/4 tsp

Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp

Red chilli – 1/2 tsp

Oil – for cooking

Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp

Salt – to taste

How is Moong Dal Adrak Chilla made?

Step 1- First of all, add soaked moong dal and water in the mixer, then add green chillies, ginger and some water and prepare a batter.

Step 2 – Then take out this batter in a bowl and add red chilli, turmeric, onion, salt and coriander and mix it well.

Step 3- Now heat a pan and lightly oil it. Then, pour the batter into a bowl and spread it evenly in a circular motion.
Step 4 – Then add some oil on the edges and cook on medium flame till it turns golden on both sides.
