How are special puris made for Chhath Puja?
- To make the special puris for Chhath Puja, first you need to take flour in a large bowl.
- Add a little water at a time and mix it in, then knead it into a firm dough.
- Then cover it and let it rest for 15-20 minutes so that the dough sets and the puris turn out soft.

- Then, make small balls of dough and roll them into thin flatbreads. Then, one by one, fry all the flatbreads in ghee over medium heat.
- Once the puris are cooked on both sides, take them out of the pan.
-The hot, soft puris are now ready.
