CBIC Marine Wing Recruitment 2025 Live. A great opportunity has emerged for young people preparing for government jobs. The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) has issued a notification for recruitment to several positions in the Marine Wing. Which positions will be recruited?
A total of 19 positions will be filled under this recruitment drive. The position details are as follows:
- Tradesman: 03 posts
- Seaman: 11 posts
- Greaser: 04 posts
- Senior Storekeeper: 01 post
Qualifications and Experience for Application
For the Tradesman position, candidates must have an ITI certificate in Mechanic, Diesel, Fitter, Turner, Welder, Electrician, Instrument, or Carpentry trades. They also require a 10th-grade degree with at least 2 years of experience in a recognised engineering, automobile, or ship repair organisation.
For the Seaman and Greaser positions, candidates must have a 10th-grade degree and at least 3 years of experience in the relevant field. For the Senior Storekeeper position, 10th-grade pass candidates with 8 years of storekeeping experience can apply.
Age Limit and Selection Process
The age limit for candidates is between 25 and 30 years, depending on the position. The selection process will require candidates to undergo a written examination, a Physical Efficiency Test (PET), and a medical fitness test.
