Bihar Election 2025 – Following the NDA’s impressive performance in the Bihar Assembly elections, preparations are underway for the formation of a new government. Political activity is being witnessed even in Delhi amid preparations for the swearing-in ceremony at Gandhi Maidan in Patna. Nitish Kumar’s re-election as Chief Minister is considered almost certain.

Now, the issue of the Deputy Chief Minister is at stake. At the BJP Legislature Party meeting in Patna on Wednesday, Samrat Chaudhary was elected leader. Vijay Sinha was chosen as Deputy Leader. It is now believed that both these leaders could be the BJP’s choice for Deputy Chief Minister.

Sources indicate that the BJP and JDU have not yet reached an agreement on the post of Assembly Speaker. Both parties want to retain this position.

When is the swearing-in ceremony expected?

Patna’s Gandhi Maidan is being decorated for the swearing-in ceremony. A large stage, an open ground in front, and seating arrangements for a large number of people are being made. Nitish Kumar is expected to take the oath of office on Thursday, November 20th. To make the swearing-in ceremony memorable, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, and Defence Minister Rajnath Singh will also attend.

In addition, Chief Ministers of several NDA states may also attend. Tejashwi Yadav may also be invited by the Bihar NDA, but his participation is highly unlikely. Nitish Kumar will be sworn in for the 10th time, becoming the first leader to serve the longest term.

NDA’s Outstanding Performance
