PM Modi Welcomes Putin, Says Big Thing About the World

New Delhi: Russian President Vladimir Putin is on a visit to India and is receiving a warm welcome everywhere. PM Narendra Modi also embraced and welcomed Vladimir Putin at the airport on Thursday. He was then greeted with a dance as he arrived. Today is the second day of Vladimir Putin’s visit, which is set to be a special one.

Meanwhile, a special meeting took place between PM Narendra Modi and Putin, where many issues are expected to be discussed. PM Narendra Modi made a significant statement during the meeting. He said that the world has faced many crises, starting with COVID-19. Modi expressed hope that global challenges will soon be overcome. He said, “I am confident that today we will discuss many important global issues.”

During his meeting with Putin, PM Narendra Modi emphasised the need to strengthen India-Russia economic ties. He said that India-Russia economic ties should be further strengthened, and together we should aim to reach new heights. With such an optimistic outlook, we will proceed with our meeting.

This is a strong belief. PM Narendra Modi also noted that it has been 25 years since you assumed office in 2001 and visited India for the first time. That first visit laid a strong foundation for the strategic partnership between the two countries.

He further stated, “I am delighted that my relationship with you has also completed 25 years. I believe the role you played in 2001 is a shining example of how a visionary leader can take relations to great heights.”

In a conversation with PM Modi, Russian President Vladimir Putin praised India’s initiative to establish peace in Ukraine. Modi stated that India is not neutral. India stands for peace.

During his conversation, he said, “This visit by Putin is historic. We have continuously discussed the Ukraine crisis. We must find ways to achieve peace.” The path of peace will bring world well-being. We stand with every effort for peace. Soon, the world will be free from worries. The world will soon return to peace.
