New Delhi: Over the past few days, the activation of a Western Disturbance has disrupted normal life across several states, with rain and storms worsening conditions. Farmers’ crops have suffered severe damage due to hailstorms and rainfall. In some regions, the standing, ripe wheat crops have been completely ruined. In certain states, the clouds and thunderstorms have yet to dissipate, and their lingering effects are expected to be felt.
According to the Meteorological Department, rain accompanied by gusty winds is likely in West Bengal, Sikkim, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, and Maharashtra. Weather Forecast for Delhi
According to the Meteorological Department, the weather in Delhi and the Delhi-NCR region is expected to remain completely clear on April 11. There appears to be absolutely no likelihood of rain in this area. Over the coming week, temperatures are expected to rise by 5 to 6 degrees Celsius. In the national capital, Delhi, the maximum temperature is projected to reach 32 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature is expected to hover around 20 degrees Celsius.
Weather Forecast for Uttar Pradesh
According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of rain in certain parts of Uttar Pradesh. Heavy rainfall accompanied by thunder and lightning is expected in districts such as Prayagraj, Varanasi, Ayodhya, Kanpur, Lucknow, Banda, Lalitpur, Agra, Mathura, Aligarh, Meerut, Hapur, Moradabad, Sitapur, Barabanki, and Mainpuri.
Weather Forecast for Jaipur
According to the Meteorological Department, a warning for storms and rain has also been issued for Jaipur. Light to moderate rainfall is possible in Jaipur, Jodhpur, Ajmer, Sikar, Bharatpur, and Udaipur. Additionally, slight rainfall is expected today in Jaisalmer, Jalore, Churu, Bundi, and Sri Ganganagar. The maximum temperature in Jaipur is expected to reach 35 degrees Celsius, while the minimum is projected to be around 22 degrees Celsius.

Rain Expected in the Northeast as Well
According to the IMD (India Meteorological Department), there is also a possibility of rain in the northeastern region of the country. A heavy rainfall alert has been issued for Sikkim today, while a warning for light rain has been issued for Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Mizoram, Nagaland, and Tripura.
Weather in Madhya Pradesh
The Meteorological Department has issued a rain warning for districts such as Bhopal, Indore, Katni, Sagar, Jabalpur, Gwalior, Ujjain, and Rewa. In Bhopal, the maximum temperature is expected to reach 36 degrees Celsius, while the minimum is projected to be 23 degrees Celsius.
