Weather Update:- The mood of the weather in northern India is changing very fast. The Meteorological Department states thunderstorms can occur from March 24 to 28. During this time, the most effect will be seen in Himachal Pradesh, Jammu Kashmir and Uttarakhand. Apart from this, there is a possibility of cloud cover and light rain with thunder at some places in Delhi NCR, Punjab, Haryana, and UP. The Meteorological Department has said that the temperature of many states will increase for the next few days. At the same time, rain warning has been issued in some states.

Rain warning in these states
According to the latest update from the Meteorological Department, a new western disturbance can affect the western Himalayan region from the night of March 24. Due to its effect, an alert has been issued regarding light or moderate rain in Jammu and Kashmir-Ladakh-Gilgit-Baltistan-Muzaffarabad from March 24 to 28.

At the same time, light or moderate rain with thunderstorms may occur in Himachal Pradesh from 24 to March 27 and in Uttarakhand on 26 and 27 March. An alert was also issued for heavy rains at different places in Jammu and Kashmir-Ladakh-Gilgit-Baltistan-Muzaffarabad on March 26.

Weather conditions in Delhi

The Meteorological Department has also warned of heat waves and hot and humid weather in Delhi-NCR. The sky will be mostly clear in Delhi today (March 24). At the same time, the minimum temperature can be recorded at 17 degrees Celsius and the maximum temperature at 34 degrees Celsius. In the coming days, a slight increase in temperature will be seen in Delhi.

Regarding Skymet Weather, during the next 24 hours, light to moderate rain may occur in Tamil Nadu, Kerala, South Interior Karnataka, Odisha, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Northeast India and Andaman and Nicobar Islands.

Snowfall warnings in these states

Rain and snowfall are expected to start in Gilgit-Baltistan, Muzaffarabad, Ladakh, Jammu, and Kashmir from the night of March 24. Light rain is expected in Northeast India for 2-3 days.
