Monsoon Forecast: The Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued an alert of a cold wave across several states. According to the Meteorological Department, light to moderate rain is expected in Tamil Nadu on November 17th and 18th, and in coastal Andhra Pradesh, Yanam, and Rayalaseema on November 17th and 18th.
