Bihar Election Voting: Like the first phase of the Bihar Assembly elections, the second phase is witnessing high voter enthusiasm. By 11 am, approximately 31 per cent of voters have been recorded. Voter turnout was 15.3 per cent in Araria, 14. er ccentin Arwal, and 15.43 per cent in Aurangabad. This figure doubled by 11 am.
