Vivo X300 and Vivo X300 Pro Phones Launched: Finally, after a long time, Vivo has launched the Vivo X300 series smartphones in its home market, China, on 13 October 2025. The brand has launched these smartphones in the flagship segment, and Vivo X300 and Vivo X300 Pro phones are equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 SoC processor.
They come with Android 16-based Origin OS 6 UI, and you get up to a 200-megapixel Samsung HPB primary camera sensor. In the Pro variant, you get a 50MP Sony LYT primary sensor. Along with that, there’s a 50MP Samsung JN1 ultra-wide camera and a 200MP periscope telephoto lens. The phone gets a 6510mAh long-lasting battery pack, and it supports 90W fast charging and 40W wireless charging. On the other hand, the Vivo X300 Pro smartphone starts at just 5299 Yuan, which is around ₹65,900, and it goes up to 8299 Yuan, which is around ₹1,03,200 in Indian rupees for the 16GB RAM and 1TB storage variant.
