A major shift is in the offing in the smartphone market with Honor reportedly working on 10000mAh battery phones. If fresh leaks are anything to go by, then Honor is about to introduce two power-packed smartphones, each with batteries of more than 10000mAh, so that users do not have to recharge them frequently. The brand is preparing to make a strong statement in the high-capacity battery segment next year.
Two Models with Flagship-Level Performance
Reports suggest that the first model may come as the Honor Power 2 with the MediaTek Dimensity 8500 chipset. A second model is also in the works with an enormous 10000mAh battery. Tipster Digital Chat Station says that this phone may pack a 6.8-inch 1.5K OLED display and be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7-Series chipset. The design would have round edges and a flat display, giving it a premium look. There is no word on its India launch just yet.

Honor X80 Gets Certified with Over 10000mAh Battery
Adding to the excitement, another device Honor X80 reportedly cleared 3C certification in China, which suggests the rated capacity of its battery is 9755mAh, the typical value being above 10000mAh. It may succeed the Honor X70, which housed an 8300mAh battery with 80W fast and wireless charging. It is expected that the upcoming Honor X80 will launch in China before the third quarter of next year.
