ICSI CS Result December 2025 Declared: The Institute of Company Secretaries of India has released the CS Professional results on February 25, 2026. Candidates who appeared for the exam can access their results using their registration number and password. Physical copies of the CS Professional results will be sent to students. Candidates who appeared for the exam can check their results through the official website, icsi.edu.

The CS Executive exam results will be announced at 2 p.m. The CS Professional Program (Syllabus 2022) and Executive Program (Syllabus 2022) exams were held in December 2025. The scorecards will also include a subject-wise breakdown. Candidates who appeared for the exam can access their scorecards using their login credentials. The exams were conducted offline at designated test centres between December 22 and December 29, 2025.

Step 3: Enter your roll number and registration number
Step 4: The result will be displayed on the screen

The e-Result-cum-Marks Statement for the Executive Programme will be available on the official website immediately after the results are declared. ICSI has clarified that no physical copy of the Result-cum-Marks Statement for the Executive Programme will be issued.

CS December 2025 Check Result Link

The Institute has also released the schedule for the next examination session. The CS Professional and Executive Programme examinations for June 2026 will be conducted in the morning session from June 1 to June 7, 2026. Online enrollment for these exams will begin with payment of examination fees on February 26, 2026. The Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test will be held in the afternoon session from June 1 to June 4, 2026. Online registration for CSEET candidates will begin on March 1, 2026.
