On June 5, the price of a 14.2 kg domestic LPG cylinder in major Indian cities ranges from ₹910.50 to ₹1,002.50. Following a massive hike in May, commercial cylinder rates have increased by another ₹42 in June.

A point of relief for the general public is that domestic LPG cylinder prices have not increased since March. If you plan to purchase an LPG cylinder, you can check the city-wise rates beforehand.

Check gas cylinder prices in these major cities

In the national capital, New Delhi, the price of a domestic LPG cylinder is ₹913.0, while the commercial cylinder is priced at ₹3,071.5. In Mumbai (Maharashtra), the domestic cylinder costs ₹912.5, and the commercial cylinder is priced at ₹3,024.0.

In Kolkata (West Bengal), the rate for a domestic gas cylinder is ₹939.0, and the commercial cylinder is priced at ₹3,202.5. In Chennai (Tamil Nadu), the domestic cylinder costs ₹928.5, while the commercial cylinder is priced at ₹3,237.0.

In Bengaluru (Karnataka), the domestic cylinder is priced at ₹915.5, and the commercial cylinder is priced at ₹3,152.0. In Amritsar, the price of a domestic LPG cylinder stands at ₹954.0, while commercial cylinders are selling for ₹3,178.0. In Chandigarh, the price is ₹922.5, with commercial cylinders trending at ₹3,092.5.

Price of Small Cylinders

The price of the 5-kg ‘Chhotu’ cylinder, available under the Free Trade LPG (FTL) scheme, has also been increased by ₹11. It is now priced at ₹821.50 in Delhi.
