The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) will release the results for the September 2025 CA Foundation, Intermediate, and Final examinations today. According to official information, the results for the CA Final and Intermediate courses will be announced today at around 2 p.m., while the results for the Foundation course will be announced by 5 p.m. The results will be released online on ICAI’s official website – icai.org or icaiexam.icai.org.

Candidates will be able to view their scorecards and merit lists upon the declaration of results. ICAI has advised candidates that the website may experience heavy traffic upon the release of results.

Results for all three courses will be released at these times.

The notice issued by ICAI states that the results will be published at different times, respectively.

  • CA Final and Intermediate results: Around 2 pm
  • CA Foundation results: Around 5 pm

The result link will be activated on the website at these times. Candidates will need to log in with their roll number or registration number to view the results.

How to Download the ICAI CA September 2025 Result

Candidates can check their results using the simple steps below:

  • First, visit the icai.org or icaiexam.icai.org website.
  • Click on the link for the course you want to view the result for (Foundation, Intermediate, or Final).
  • Enter your registration number/roll number on the login page.
  • Click the submit button, and your result will be displayed on the screen.
  • You can now download your scorecard and print it for future reference.

Toppers’ list and pass percentage will also be released

Along with the release of the results, the ICAI Examination Department will also make public the list of toppers for all three levels – Foundation, Intermediate, and Final.

Along with this, data on pass percentage will also be released, which will reveal how many candidates have succeeded in becoming Chartered Accountants this time.

The ICAI conducted all three CA exam levels in the first three weeks of September this year.

  • CA Final (Group 1): September 3, 6, and 8, 2025
  • CA Final (Group 2): September 10, 12, and 14, 2025
  • CA Intermediate (Group 1): September 4, 7, and 9, 2025
  • CA Intermediate (Group 2): September 11, 13, and 15, 2025
  • CA Foundation: September 16, 18, 20, and 22, 2025

A total of 14,247 candidates graduated as Chartered Accountants in the May 2025 session. Meanwhile, in Intermediate Group 1, 14,232 out of 97,034 candidates were successful, resulting in a pass percentage of 14.67%. All eyes are now on the results of this session, which will reveal how much the success rate will rise or fall in the September session.
