This year, approximately 20,659 students appeared for the Class 10 Board examinations. This cohort included 10,819 boys and 9,840 girls. This year, 94.5 per cent of students passed the Goa Board Class 10 examination. Last year, the pass percentage among students stood at 95.3 per cent. This time, the pass percentage for girls was 96.5 per cent, while for boys, it was 94.3 per cent. A total of 9,805 boys and 9,414 girls successfully passed the examination. Out of the 550 differently-abled students who appeared for the exam, 543 passed.
