CTET Answer Key 2026 Announced Soon – How to Download at ctet.nic.in, Check Objection Fee

CTET Answer Key 2026: The Central Board of Secondary Education will release the CTET Answer Key 2026 very soon. Millions of candidates who appeared for the exam are eagerly awaiting the answer key. CBSE is soon going to release the provisional answer key and OMR sheets on the official website, ctet.nic.in. According to media reports, the CTET Answer Key may be released this week. Although official information has not yet been released, it is estimated that the link to download the answer key will be activated in March. This exam was conducted in various cities across the country to determine eligibility for teachers in classes 1 to 8.

When will the answer key be released?
Typically, the CBSE releases the answer key within 15 to 20 days of the exam. Now that the exam has been successfully completed, the board can upload the response sheets at any time. After the release of the answer key, candidates will also be given 2-3 days to raise objections to the answers.

Step 1: Go to the official website at ctet.nic.in

Step 2: Select the link that reads “Login: CTET Feb 2026 Answer Key.”

Step 3: Enter your registration ID and password.

Step 4: Your answer key and response sheet will be displayed on the screen.

Step 5: Download the PDF file and take a copy for future use.

CTET Feb 2026 Challenge Process & Objection Fee

Candidates will also have the option to challenge the provisional answer key if they find any answers incorrect. The Board will review all objections and then publish the final answer key. The CTET result will be prepared based on this final version.

Fee: Candidates will be required to pay a non-refundable processing fee of ₹1,000 for each question challenged.

Payment Method: Fees can be paid online via credit card, debit card, or net banking.

Important: Challenges submitted via email, post, or any other offline method will not be accepted.

When will objections be filed?
After the answer key is released, candidates can compare their questions and answers with it. If a candidate is dissatisfied with an answer in the answer key, they can file an objection within the stipulated timeframe. To file an objection, candidates will have to pay ₹1000 per question. The fee can be submitted online.
