Individuals who are currently enrolled in school, college, or other educational institutions will not qualify for this scheme. Moreover, applicants must not be receiving benefits from any other state welfare program, with the exception of educational scholarships. Eligible youth will receive a monthly support of Rs 1,500.

To apply for this scheme, certain documents are required. Firstly, applicants need to provide their bank account details, so a copy of their bank passbook is necessary. For identification purposes, an Aadhaar card or another form of valid ID is required.

Additionally, a tenth-grade certificate or marksheet is required to prove educational qualifications. A passport-size photograph must also be submitted with the application.
