Starting Salary ₹30,000! Indian Air Force Recruiting Candidates with High School Pass – Apply This Way

The Indian Air Force has provided a tremendous opportunity for high school graduated male & females. They have issued a recruitment advertisement for “Agniveervayu Recruitment Announcement for 01/2027 under the Agnipath Scheme.” Candidates can start submitting their applications online from January 12, 2026 until 11 PM on February 01, 2026.

Eligible applicants for this program are those males and females who are not currently married. As a result of this recruitment effort, successful candidates that participate will serve as Agniveervayu members of the Indian Air Force for 4 years, and there is a small chance that 25% of successful candidates will receive full-time job offers from the Indian Air Force based on their performance during the four-year period.

Educational Qualification

Anyone can apply after passing high school. However, in the case of science students, they must have passed high school with Physics, Mathematics and English. In this case, they must have 50% marks in total and 50% marks in English. Also, if you have passed a two-year vocational course with Physics and Mathematics, you can apply. However, you must have 50% marks in total. On the other hand, to apply for arts students, you must have passed high school. Applicants from this department must get 50 percent in English and a minimum of 50 percent marks in all subjects.

Age Limit

The maximum age limit of candidates should be within 21 years. Those born between January 1, 2006 and July 1, 2009 can apply for this recruitment.

Also, to participate in this exam, the height for male candidates is 152 cm. And for female candidates, the height should be 152 cm. Also, for candidates from the hilly regions of the North-East or Uttarakhand, the minimum height will be 147 cm. On the other hand, for candidates from Lakshadweep, the minimum height is 150 cm.

Salary Scale

According to the notification, the monthly salary of the candidates in the first year of service will be Rs 30,000, of which they will get about Rs 21,000 in cash. The remaining amount will be deposited in a government-designated fund. At the end of the four-year service period, the candidates will get a ‘Seba Nidhi Package’ of about Rs 10 lakh.

Application Fee

At the time of registration for the online test, candidates will have to pay a GST fee of Rs 550.

Selection Process

The candidates will first have to take an online written test. Candidates who clear the written test will have to take a Physical Fitness Test. After that, the shortlisted candidates will be given a medical test to see whether they meet the health guidelines given in the Indian Air Force notification.
