The WhatsApp service saves time and also speeds up the resolution of complaints. Importantly, this facility is available for both rural and urban areas. This means you no longer need to visit any office; you can simply send your problem to the relevant department via your mobile phone. This app supports 12 languages, including Hindi, English, and several regional languages.

An easy way to send a complaint
First, send a message to the number 9868200445 on WhatsApp or scan the QR code to start a chat.

Then, type “Hi” in the message.
Now, select your preferred language. This includes languages like Hindi, English, Gujarati, Punjabi, and Marathi.

After that, enter your ration card number.
You will then be given instructions on how to describe your problem. As you proceed, your complaint will be registered.
